Fred Ode has been leading successful businesses since 1985. Starting with his creation of two leading national companies in Foundation Software and Payroll4Construction, he has also built local, community-favorite entities that include Columbia Hills Country Club and non-profits like The Ode Family Foundation and Education Revolution Association.

With the success of his personal enterprises, Fred formed Ode Ventures to support fellow entrepreneurs in realizing their business aspirations. Today, harnessing over four decades of expertise and achievement, our mission is to empower entrepreneurs of all ages, industries and experience levels to grow their companies and reach their loftiest goals.
