Martin Blueberries is a historic U-pick blueberry farm located in Columbia Station. Family-owned for over 55 years, we partnered with Jessica Roberts in 2025, inspired by her passion and devotion to revitalizing the property. Since then, Martin Blueberries has grown as a local summer activity, priding itself on its permaculture-inspired farming practices, its 12 varieties of highbush blueberries, and its inclusive, family-friendly picking experience.

Since partnering with Ode Ventures in 2019, founder Steve Suntala has scaled New Pathways from a single idea into a thriving practice. Columbia Hills Country Club is rooted in Columbia Station's landscape, opening its doors back in 1926. By the early 2000s, however, the club faced stagnant growth, and its owners began considering closing the grounds altogether. Since our founder acquired Columbia Hills in 2014, the club has transformed into a thriving community. Today, it boasts a full membership and a growing waiting list, with members drawn to its sprawling 166 acres, stunning views, and exciting year-round events.
Founder and CEO Fred Ode has been at the helm of successful enterprises since 1985. Starting with the creation of two national companies, Foundation Software and Payroll4Construction, Fred has also formed organizations in the non-profit sector, including the Ode Family Foundation, The 3R Collective, and Education Revolution Association. Established in 2022, Ode Ventures was created with one purpose in mind: to support fellow entrepreneurs in realizing, developing, and scaling their business aspirations.
