Since 1985, Fred Ode has been at the helm of successful enterprises. He first created two leading national companies in the construction software and services arena — Foundation Software and Payroll4Construction — and he has also developed local businesses that include Columbia Hills Country Club and organizations in the non-profit sector, like The Ode Family Foundation and Education Revolution Association.

After his astronomical success with Foundation Software and Payroll4Construction, Fred formed Ode Ventures with one goal: to help other entrepreneurs achieve their business dreams.
